What interested me was that they had the &quot;ball thrown in&quot; rule even back then. Also a question, when did the rule &quot;out of bounds on the full&quot; result in a free kick as back then and up to the 70s (I think) you could kick the ball out of bounds on the full and it would be thrown in.
