A banana kick or sometimes called a check side kick is when the ball goes in the air as a banana shape or a boomerang.
Ruckwork is one of the unique plays of Australian Football, it consists of two men running into each other knocking the ball to their team mate when the game restarts.
A drop kick is not used in todays football competitions but it still remains a popular skill among many purists who practice it at training or kick to kick with a mate.
One of the fastest ways to transport the ball from side of the field to the other is to run with the ball but bouncing a round ball every 15 meters requires skill.
Tackling is important, you can be tackled front on, side and from the back which creates hard but also dangerous tackles so its important that you tackle correctly.
