@geoff – Yes I was proven wrong… Did not think the Lions, Essendon, North or Melbourne would be as good as they where and your not alone as I only got 4 as well

Jermayn – I’m feeling vindicated about saying there were some tight ones – I only got 4! Wasn’t confident with Sydney, Hawthorn, or the Dogs: turned out I should have worried more about the Lions and the Dees coming through. Ah well, can’t win them all.

Bulldogs – i think they are a better side all over than collingwood
Sydney – they are hard to beat at home
Carlton – but could be an interesting game
Brisbane – i think geelong are underestimating brisbane and i think it will be their downfall. i do not think they will win the premiership this year either because of their arrogance and stupidity.

Adelaide – freo are crap. no more needs to be said
Kangaroos – i fail to see the hawks winning, hope im wrong
Port Power – should be easy
St Kilda – but beware of the let down factor and a resiliant eagles side

It’s time to show my lack of knowledge again this week. (Well I’ve only been in the country for 4 years and consider ‘football’ to be the game you play with your feet)…. Anyway…

The problems I had in picking is that I continue to believe that both the ‘Dockers’ and the ‘Eagles’ have yet to play to their potential and yet I usually don’t pick them. (perhaps next year will be the time)

@Geoff – Tight matches? Which games apart from the Pies & Dogs game is a hard one to pick? and even when you look at the teams Collingwood has defeated only Essendon who are currently in the top 8….
