Sure Aussie Rules is played by pansies. Give me football anyday, with those 6.0 scores for diving, handbags at 10 paces, and lots of whinging at the referee.

@David - Thanks for coming over and checking out the website! What do you think?
Have you ever played the game? I ask because it is actually very hard to play, it has awesome hits/ bumps and some great high flying marks. Also not to mention high scoring, I personally do not like 0-0 draws…

Sure you are not talking about soccer there? I ask because seeing the diving, handbags, whinging and I just naturally thought you were talking about soccer
Anyway please head over to our recent article School of Hard Knocks for an example of some Australian Football.

I used to love Aussie Rules - they used to show it on Channel 4 here in the UK really late at night when I was a teenager and really didn’t want to go to sleep! I don’t think we get much of it now.

@Dan O’Neil - Its a pity that you do not get the sport over in the UK anymore. The game has progressed a lot over the years, I hope you enjoyed your stay over hear and that we continue to see you over hear.
Thanks!
