Headline of the Year: Kim Jong-Il new Magpie President – Bans All Interviews from Western Media.
Your Opinions on the New Rushed Behind Rule: Two aspects stand out on this rule.

  1. This is a rule that’s hard on the umpires due to the fact that they need the “split second” decision.
  2. Will the media get it right?? eg: the Jordan McMahon report was an absolute farce.

I like the rule but I think the umpires will mainly err on the side of caution.

Will Port be the big risers this year on the ladder? Many agree they will turn 2008 around.

Man, you really hate the Eagles dont you?
You can tell your a Dockers boy by your hatred.

I have to comment on this though:

West Coast threatened with disbanding as toxic culture rears its ugly head again

At least the Eagles have a winning culture that while brings some negativity (drugs, up themselves etc), it brings us fans some success in the form of why we play and support the game and that is premierships.

Your Opinions on the New Rushed Behind Rule: It will be interesting depending on how long teams take to adapt.

  7. Jermayn Says:

What is actually funny Geaghs, is that my wife predicted the exact same thing, shes been saying it for the last two weeks that he will ping a hammy and guess what??

My wife does not know as much as most people including me but she is a better tipper and knowing my luck, she will also probably beat me in dreamteam

Top Eight: Geelong, Hawthorn, Carlton, Western Bulldogs, St Kilda, Adelaide, Collingwood, West Coast

First person I have seen to put West Coast in the top 8..

Thank you for your predictions Geaghs and I hope you enjoy your stay and we see more of you on Kick2Kick.

  8. Geaghs Says:

Thanks for the welcome Jermayn. It’s a pretty good site you have here.

And I think West Coast will bounce back this year and just scrape into 8th spot. I think they performed a lot worse last year then they should have. And they still have 11 premiership players in their squad. I know I would want that experience in my team.

  9. Jermayn Says:

Thanks, glad you enjoy it Geaghs..

I think you have more faith in the Eagles than me :D
