Kick2Kick League Week 2 Finals Review
(1) Germinators 2,221 def (8) Grey Wet Sydney 1.985
The boss is back in a huge way & held onto Sandilands despite heavy rumours he’s done for 2010 with a stress fracture & Higgins is now very doubtful for the next 2 weeks. Hard to fault a scoreline like that, but Hodge & Montagna must be a concern.
GWS had nothing going right with 5 over the 100 mark & Cooney out. Let’s hope we see the team back in 2011.
(6) Nambucca Axemen 2,103 def (2) Princess’ Cats 2,040
Deano knocks out the Princess with the defence the main destroyers & the rucks doing as well as rucks have been for the season, despite hanging onto Sandilands.
The Princess goes out in straight sets where Lake couldn’t get a touch & is sadly out of form. Not a god time for such a disaster in a 63 pt loss.
(12) The Juddanaut 1.981 def (13) BullDogz 1,516
A better score from Mike this week, but left with too many holes in the team to compete with the good scorers. Best of luck next season, mate.
(10) Mopar 1,914 def (14) Cash Or Clunkers 1,897
How ironic we score the best we have in 2010 & lose?? Definitely not disgraced after coming from over 150 down on Sunday & we hit the lead late in the 3rd quarter of the Roos/Saints game.
Really thought we had the selections down this week, but “what ifs” mean little now. Get the feeling Ross Lyon dragged my boys in the last term. Well done, Mopar.
Kick2Kick League Week 3 Finals Preview
(4) Bomber cyborgs ($1.83) .vs. (6) Nambucca Axemen ($1.98)
Deano is used to playing against the odds having knocked out the Cats & is making a bold statement. But, the “Germ” killers are out to stop another “Cat-astrophe”.
(3) Benditos ($2.29) .vs. (1) Germinators ($1.63)
The Benditos are out to stop the boss from making it an all Derby final. But, the loss he had to have seems to have sparked the team.
(9) Half Back Flanker ($1.81) .vs. (10) Mopar ($2.02)
The last of the “Derby” teams in the bottom 8, can the Flankers help make it a possible clean sweep to the finals?? The odds are against Mopar, but it’s not a done match just yet.
Good luck to all this weekend with some very exciting results ahead.

First off commiserations to the Princess…3/4 time of the twilight match and the game was still in the balance…could have gone either way.
I think my run will come to an end this week…I laid out a plan a few weeks back and it has worked to perfection so far but I have just ran out of options at the wrongest time. Higgins out with no backups destroys me and i will be going in one short. If the ‘cyborgs’ have any trades left I am all but gooone.
I’m hoping the Tigers can take it right up to the Saints this week, their better players seem to score more heavily when they are challenged…c’mon tigers

I have one trade left which I will leave up my sleeve for the Grand Final (speaking it into been) and if Sandilands does not get fit, will have to trade for a better ruckman. Just hope Warnock continues his good late season form.
