Culture is a strong word in today’s football, it can be the building blocks or the straw that breaks the camels back for any club. We look at some clubs who have bad and good culture and ask if picking character over talent is a wise decision with today’s news that Jack Darling won the round 6 nomination for the Rising Star Award.

Today we look at whether the decision by Melbourne to strip the captaincy off Brent Moloney was a good or bad call. Personally I think its an over reaction as they have said he did not pee off the bar as was alleged so why did they strip him of the Vice Captaincy? Has he a record of binge drinking and creating situations or is it a case that the Demons want to create a solid culture and that send the wrong message to his younger team mates?
