Just St Kilda and Geelong are left to play off in the Grand Final. Is it good to see the best two teams in the grand final or where the Doggies unlucky not to get there?

The 2009 AFL season is starting to reach it’s pinnacle with the four best teams left to battle it out for that last game in September.

Two more teams have started their mad Monday celebrations, lets hope they leave their sex toys at home as we get the wrapup of the Bulldogs and Collingwood wining.

This week should see the cream rise to the top in the Semi final showdowns for season 2009 of the AFL.

Most of us expected Carlton & the Dogs to win but we all seemed to forget that stat that 73% of the time since 2000 the team that finished higher usually wins.

This weekend we saw three rough conduct/ charging reports and all eyes will be on whether they get off or not. Geelong, Hawthorn, Port Power and Carlton were the winners of week 3 of the 1st round of the NAB.

Hawthorn won by 20 odd points which for many was a surprise but with four years in planning their time was due. Hawks won the game but the Geelongs forward line kicked the game away with their poor goal kicking.
